How it works

Book appointment

We treat whole spectrum of sleep disorders in adults including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, etc. If you want to be seen for sleep problems, simply fill out our self-referral form or call us at 650-687-7368. You can also have your doctor send us the referral online or via fax at 650-309-1678. Once a referral is received, we will reach out to you soon to schedule your appointment. We don’t believe in long wait times.

Get seen

You will be seen virtually by US-trained and board-certified sleep physician using HIPAA compliant technology. We care about sleep health, therefore, we spend quality time with each patient on each visit to get better insights about their health concerns.

Get tested

Based on your sleep problems, you may need sleep testing for further evaluation. In most cases, testing for obstructive sleep apnea can be done in the comfort of home. If you meet criteria for a home sleep study, then a home sleep apnea testing kit will be shipped to your home after the appointment. So that you could do the sleep test in the comfort of your own bedroom.

Get treated

On your follow-up virtual appointment, results and personalized evidence-based treatment options will be discussed. Treatment will be prescribed based on your clinical needs and preferences.
